NOT ACTUALLY KILL OF COURSE, BUT MADE HIM QUIT. You guys are going to really like this!
I don't care if you are a musician, poet, writer, painter, traditional pencil artist or whatever, when someone steals your work, by claiming it to be their own, I don’t know about you, but I feel a SEARING ANGER!
Our pencil buddy SHParsons on DA alerted me that @ElephantMansArt on TWITTER was posting my drawings (the Godfather and Gone with the Wind) and maybe more I don't know of, along with posting numerous other pieces from other artists. I took the nice guy approach first, just asking if he claimed to draw them, but no reply.
I took several screenshots HERE of my initial twitter post and some of the replies, and merged them all together into 1-image. I only saved the BEST replies from my followers. When the guy outright admitted to stealing my work and said he didn't care, and that he was done with it anyway, I told him I had seen this happen for the last time, and I altered a line from a movie "release the Kraken" but said, "I release the @LuisMoncada77" who plays Marco Salamanca on Breaking Bad, the twin cartel hit man to his real-life brother Daniel Moncada, HA!
As you guys may know, I have earned the twitter follows from 9 major cast members, one writer and some other crew members, by drawing them and sending them the original drawings.
Anyway, pay close attention to Luis Moncada’s reply to the guy, saying he would take care of that A-hole for me, LOL. It was later suggested by ppl on Twitter, that I should have tagged his brother @DanielMoncada80 (Leonel Salamanca) and @MaxArciniega (Krazy8) too, ha! or even @quiethandfilms (Gustavo Fring) I could see it now, the THIEF getting "POLLOS" as a twitter reply, LOL. NEXT TIME!
He fought back with me, even threatened me publicly, but long story short, @ElephantMansArt is no longer on twitter, at least under that name! A LATER search revealed that others were accusing him of stealing their work as well. So, I did this not only for myself, but to all of you artists who have ever seen your drawings posted somewhere by someone else claiming to have drawn them…you’re WELCOME!
